Events, Launches and Parties

LDA has a vast experience in devising and producing events and launches for the entertainment industry, corporate and celebrity clients. These range from themed parties to major events and launches where we can provide all services from sponsorship, location sourcing, set building, lighting, PA systems and security to booking entertainment, script writing, cars, photography and celebrity attendance.

At LDA, we:

• understand the value of a well-organised, creative and targeted event which can convey key messages to the media or a client’s target audiences
• can work to a pre agreed budget and/or add value and/or increase the budget via sponsorship, third party partnerships (including guaranteed media), and/or goods in kind
• can provide all or some services from theming, event management and PR to print, invitations, catering, full bar, dancers, entertainment, props, MC's, celebrities, hair, make up, branding, logistics, goody bags and staffing
• have experience working with (and understand the protocol and procedures for) Royal and Ministerial visits
